4.2 Record Log –Production Meeting 1 (Unfinished Copy)

In our first meeting as a group; Tangina, Abisola, Siddiquea & I came together and picked our group name, which we named S.T.A.R. We picked this specific name because it was a combination of all of the members’ initials of their first names. We then thought about the basics of our music video, i.e the genre of music, style, audience, genre of video. The most popular genre of music for us and that we thought the public most listened to was pop music, that’s why we chose to go on with an old pop hit from the 80’s: a decade where pop was on the rise. The song is 'Girls' Just Wanna Have Fun', but we had various other options on the list too:

-Micheal Jackson - Thriller
-Micheal Jackson - Smooth Criminal (Humour Story of a Thief on the Streets, Pick-pocketing)
-Destiny's Child - Various Song Choices
-Taeyang - I'll Be There
-Black Eyed Peas - Time (Dirty Bit)

Then we gave out our parts and verses for the story boards for each member. I have verse 2 & the Chorus.
